คือผม ทำแผ่น กสิน โดย ตัดกระดาษสีแดง
วงกลมเส้นผ่าศูยน์กลาง 10 นิ้ว ติดกับ ฟิวเจอร์บอร์ด สีขาว
เพ่งแล้วเห็นเป็นวงกลมสีขาวขุ่น
ขอคำแนะนำท่านผู้รู้ในการฝึกด้วยตนเอง ที่ถูกต้องด้วยครับ
